Mossend FC 2002

Saturday 22nd May,

Mossend 2002s 1st ever race night was a complete success. Everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves and most importantly spent lots of money. After costs we raised a total of £1043 for the kids.

I would like to thank everyone who attended the night and spend their hard earned cash to help make it a success. I would like to thank anyone who donated raffle prizes and buffet. This all helped to keep the cost of the evening at a minimum. I would like to take this opportunity to especially thank Kelly Fairweather for harrassing local businesses and Premier League football teams into donating some great prizes, including the the tour of Ibrox for 6 people

Oue Easter Festival took place on Sat 3rd April at Brancumhall,East Kilbride.

Thanks to everyone who helped in anyway with our Easter Festival from parents refereeing to our sponsors for the day. The Festival went well and we stand to make a good profit for the boys. Everyone seemed to enjoy the day, especially the boys who played and behaved really well both on and off the park.

Our presentation took place ath the Pitz Powerleague in Hamilton on 6th June

All the boys seemed to enjoy their day and all left with a nice trophy for their hard work throughout our 1st season at 7 a side

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate every boy in our squad on a terrific debut season at 7 a side. The boys attitude and willingness to learn was was evident and gave me n John 2 very good teams to work with

I would also like to thank all the parents for their continued support throughout the season
